Here at Millennium Electrical, the health and safety of our employees, contractors and clients is of paramount importance. We are continually reviewing our processes and policies and providing training and support to our team to ensure we are upholding the best safety practices.
Every member of our team understands that workplace and site safety is both a personal and team responsibility, and is trained to identify and control hazards, as well as implement safe work practices.
We ensure that all work sites on which we operate have a relevant site-specific Health and Safety plan or Task Analysis, depending on the duration and risk of the work being undertaken.

Our Health and Safety policy is built on the following priorities:
- Pre-employment drug, alcohol and medical checks
- Induct and train all personnel
- Maintain compliance with legal standards
- Identify potential hazards before they become hazards
- Storage of hazardous goods
- Emergency and first aid procedures
- Active Health and Safety committee
- Regular site audits by our dedicated Health and Safety Manager
- Monitor light, air and noise levels
- Report and investigate all accidents to identify further risks
- Continuous improvement and review of our methods and practices
- Safety in Design Assessments
- Maintaining high-level results with various H&S pre-qualification companies, eg Impac Prequal and Sitewise
